Somehow, I was brought to 'Heal Yourself Haven' and how glad I am that I went ahead and contacted the lovely Pam.

I've tried a couple of therapists over the years to help with grief and suspected Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) which was affecting my mood, relationships and every day life. However, I never made it past the initial session. As soon as I spoke to Pam on the phone for a consultation I knew she was the one for me.

Pam listens, understands, validates how you're feeling and never judges. Then offers advice, knowledge and tasks to embed alternative ways of thinking (if needed!)

The space she has created is warm, cosy and safe. After the relaxing hypnotherapy part of the treatment, I leave feeling peaceful and with a huge weight off of my shoulders each week. I then count down the days until I get to go back again and work on myself some more.

After only a few sessions I have noticed my internal voice and thoughts becoming much more positive. Everyone needs a therapist and everyone needs a Pam!
Absolutely amazing, have seen such a difference with how I deal with things. Pam is so intune with your needs and where you need help. I was sceptical at first that I couldn't get hypnotised but even my family and close friends can see a difference in me. I honestly look forward to growing and healing more as our journey together continues.

I recently had 5 inner child hypnotherapy sessions. The sessions where in a calm and lovely environment in a well thought out cabin in the garden.

My sessions started with plenty of time to talk and discuss any issues I was having. As we moved into the hypnosis part of the sessions I found Pam's voice soothing and relaxing to help support me to relax and gain the most from the hypnosis sessions.

The homework that I was given really played an important part of my progress and really helped to work through some emotions I was feeling.

Pam has a very calming approach which really helped with me feeling comfortable to express my emotions and feelings to help me release things I had kept in for years

I would highly recommend hypnotherapy from Pam and would happily return for more sessions.
