My name is Pam Tipping, I am CNHC Reg and trained to become a Therapeutic Hypnotherapist over 20 years ago and have recently retrained to refresh my qualifications and add some additional skills.
I set up Heal Yourself Haven this year in my garden room in South East Kent after having lived abroad for over 12 years.
I am dedicated to helping clients achieve inner healing and balance through a combination of Hypnotherapy, TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and where suitable, Inner Child and Regression Therapy. My training has included NLP and CBT techniques which enhance my practice. I am committed to using Humanistic and Client-Centred approaches to empower individuals on their healing journey. I believe that everyone deserves to live a happy and fulfilling life and I am here to support you in rediscovering joy and enthusiasm for life.
As a hypnotherapist, my aim is to help you to help yourself, on a sub conscious level, to tap into any suppressed emotions, modify any unwanted habits, extinguish worries or issues that have caused you to have imbalance in your life. From stress and anxiety to not being able to sleep, want to stop smoking, have a childhood trauma or phobia. We work together to uncover and release emotions and/or behaviours that are holding you back.
